Jesse Curll is a 20 year Multi-Family Real Estate veteran, currently overseeing projects for select non-profit and for-profit Owners / Managers.
Prior to joining Oliver Capital Efficiency, Jesse created Asset Management for HallKeen Management, a mixed income Multi-Family Development / Property Management Company. Jesse was responsible for Asset Management, Investor Services, revenue / value maximization, capital transactions, procurement, construction management, contract management, energy efficiency programs, solar net metering and utility supply management.
Prior to HallKeen, Jesse was Director of Acquisitions for Beacon Communities, a national Development / Property Management Company.
Prior to Beacon, Jesse was Vice President of AIMCO (AIV), a national Real Estate REIT – Owner / Operator, responsible for Asset Management and Transactions in multiple US regions.
Previously, Jesse was Portfolio Manager for Boston Capital, a national real estate syndicator, responsible for structuring and managing corporate / public funds with equity investments in multi-family Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects.
